The Casino Point’s Underwater Park at Avalon, Catalina

It doesn’t get any better than this in Southern California…

Chartering the Huck Fin out of Newport Harbor, it’s a quick and relaxing boat ride across the channels some 23 miles away.

The Underwater Dive Park is one of the best dive sites in California. Warmer water (for this time of year), great visibility, easy access into the water via the stairway, the local air station and food that’s close by, who would want to dive anywhere else.  Just bring your diving or snorkeling gear and you’re all set!

The protected dive park sports all of the sealife and kelp known to the California waters. The Park has been a favorite dive destination for divers and snorkelers alike. When you visit Catalina this spring and summer, take the Huck Fin over and dive Casino Point. It’s a lot of fun.
